John Maslowski, Founder & Principal. John’s background in strategy, finance, operations and management uniquely positions Maslow Ventures to offer clients a value chain perspective on strategic alternatives. John develops growth strategies in partnership with entrepreneurial business leaders, including building West Coast tech-enabled finance and logistics software businesses in the Midwest.
Prior to Maslow Ventures, John was Vice President of Supply Chain at a private equity owned retailer and manufacturer. John focused on supplier relationships, managing and executing $2 billion of food, beverage and consumer goods flowing through the value chain. Before transitioning to the operating side of the business, John reported to the CFO and led strategic planning.
Previously, John was an investment banker focusing on M&A and advisory for a boutique investment bank. John earned an MBA and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin (Madison). John lives in metro Kansas City with his wife and three children.
